Token distribution indicates the distribution of stablecoins across various exchanges.

Token distribution is divided into four categories: highly concentrated, concentrated, dispersed, and highly dispersed.

A concentrated token distribution indicates that most stablecoins are in one or a limited number of exchanges. This raises the risk level, because the coin is more susceptible to the actions of a particular exchange. An exchange, for example, can interfere with the price and supply of a particular stablecoin.

    LongHash Health Index ×

The LongHash stablecoin health index bases its overall score on five main features.

Stability reflects the price fluctuation of stablecoins. Generally, if discounts and premiums of a stablecoin are lower, its volatility is lower and its stability is higher.

Market acceptance is based on a stablecoin's transaction ratio, exchange trade volume and number of trading pairs. Higher numbers in these areas indicate greater market acceptance.

Risk resistance reflects a stablecoin's ability to resist systemic risks, factoring in aspects like its dispersal across exchanges, trade volumes, and other factors.

Growth reflects the long-term performance of a stablecoin, its relative transaction volume and market cap size.

Practicality reflects a stablecoin's usage outside of exchanges. If a stablecoin is used for other functions besides trading, such as for payments for fundraising, its practicality is greater.
